Chip and Joanna Gaines's iconic Fixer Upper franchise already offers unlimited home inspiration to fantasize about—but now it could become your reality. The couple listed selling one of their Fixer Upper homes, known as the Magnolia House.
The historic Magnolia House is for sale for just under $1 million and is located outside Waco, Texas, where the Silos are based. The property was initially built in 1880, but the Gaineses brought it to life during the third season of Fixer Upper. It spans nearly 2,900 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms, four full baths, and almost half an acre—plenty of space for you and all of your loved ones to move in.
According to the listing (and glimpses viewers have gotten from Fixer Upper), the property actually features two homes, a detached garage, and a charming gazebo on the grounds.
You can currently book a short-term stay at the Magnolia House on Airbnb for $875 a night; that listing details original character and a welcoming ambiance, a full kitchen, and an upstairs breakfast nook. Plus, guests get a complimentary assortment of cupcakes from the Silos Baking Co., a 25% discount card to Magnolia Market, and a premade reservation to the Magnolia Table restaurant.
Of course, the whole house is decorated in that signature Magnolia style.
“Embrace the idyllic charm of small-town living in this McGregor treasure, renovated and designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines,” the listing reads. “Sunlit rooms, rich hardwood floors, and thoughtful touches abound, creating an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.”
Business is always bustling for the entrepreneur couple, who have moved beyond renovating and into paint collections, home goods at Target, and so much more.
