All garden’s have a focus but an original Barbara Hepworth is slightly different to most and with just days now until the materials need to be in Chelsea my mind is turning towards Ascending Form (pictured). It is being winched from its position at Alnwick Castle the week before Chelsea begins and driven to a secure location before being brought to the show ground. That will be an exciting moment as the focal point of our garden and the planting come together for the first time. It’s exciting, nerve-wracking, daunting and wonderful all at the same time, that’s how Chelsea Flower Show makes you feel!
