We’re just a few days away from the first official day of spring, which, in our opinion, is one of the most beautiful seasons. With its blooming flowers, sunny days, and misty rains, it really is a breath of fresh air after a dark and cold few months. But, one thing not everyone is excited about every spring is spring cleaning.
Beyond just spring cleaning, National Cleaning Week is taking place from March 26 to April 1—and it's quickly approaching. Though it would be great to partake in all of this seasonal tidying, sometimes, there are just some cleaning tasks you dread.
If you feel like some chores are simply so exhausting that you have to call in the professionals, you’re not alone. Yelp measured the frequency of searches tied to keywords that describe common cleaning-related terms to find the top 10 most hated chores Americans leave to the pros.
The most hated chore is tile and grout cleaning, followed by some other familiar favorites: oven cleaning, professional organizing, and garage decluttering, to name a few.

Yelp
Topping the list of loathed cleaning tasks are several cleaning processes, and Tara Lewis, Yelp's trend expert and vice president of community expansion, wants to encourage you not to be discouraged immediately when attempting one of these.
