Peperomia obtusifolia showcases glossy foliage with can be either green or a combination of yellow, cream, and light green. The bushy plant grows up to a height of 8-12 inches and blooms tiny white flower spikes from spring to fall in the right growing conditions.
Propagating Peperomia obtusifolia is pretty easy via stem cuttings. Snip 4-5 inches long stems, remove the bottom leaves and plant them in a well-draining cactus mix. Water thoroughly and place it in bright indirect sunlight. You’ll notice new growth in 15-20 days.
The baby Rubber Plant appreciates plenty of filtered sunlight all day long. For the variegated variety, make sure it gets plenty of bright but indirect light for the most part of the day as it will keep the colors vivid.
